Green City Market founder Abby Mandel loved the crepes served fresh in many European markets and wanted to bring them to Chicago. The tradition is now carried at Green City Market's own crepe stand: Abby's Crepes. Every week, our Chef Educator, Lisa Kalabokis, features local and seasonal ingredients sourced from our farmer community and crafts each ingredient into delectable crepes.
Proceeds from Abby's Crepes go directly towards Green City Market's free edible education and food access programs.
