What inspired you to get involved with Green City Market?
I wanted to get involved in something that works to make Chicago better. I do work all over the world to make communities stronger and engage people in efforts that will improve their lives. I wanted to focus on something right here at home. GCM seemed like an awesome way to make a difference while getting to know great people doing interesting things.
What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever purchased from the GCM?
That is a tough one... but it is hard to beat really fresh tomatoes when they are at their prime.
What’s your favorite Jr. Board event?
I am pretty excited for Big Table Dinners.
