Culinary Manager, Test Kitchens at Kraft Heinz
Diane began her culinary career in Foodservice marketing and continues to do recipe development, product testing, teaching and food writing. The past 18 years as Culinary Manager in the Test Kitchens at Kraft Heinz, she provided food and recipe content for 2 publications and websites, Food and Family and Comida y Familia and worked on a corporate portfolio of over 35 products. She currently has her own food consulting business, Culinary Solutions, which provides culinary services for not-for-profit organizations and businesses. Diane is a passionate volunteer with Green City Market’s Club Sprouts Children’s Program. Having taught Nutrition at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and Early Childhood in the Chicago Public Schools, Diane loves working with kids. Her passion is learning about other cultures and cuisines through global and domestic travel, sharing what she learns and educating and promoting fresh, wholesome, local and sustainably raised produce and products…the mantra of Green City Market.
