Dillon brings three years of experience in sustainable operations, community empowerment through food and sport and environmental awareness. Dillon joined the GCM team in April of 2017 after living and working in Fort Collins, CO. In Colorado, Dillon worked in environmental consulting and was a wildland firefighter for the National Park Service. He was very involved in the Fort Collins community as a volunteer soccer and basketball coach for the Parks and Recreation Department as well as a volunteer for the Fort Collins Rescue Mission. Since moving to Chicago in January of 2017 Dillon has immersed himself in the community by taking on volunteer roles at Green City Market and Urban Initiatives. Born in Chicago, Dillon has a vision to help transform his hometown into a healthier and more efficient city through sustainable food production.
