Don Newcomb is a founding board member of Green City Market. He is also the founder of ChicaGourmets.org, a food and wine society, which hosts 70 events annually for its 700 members. He is also the vice-president of Culinary Historians of Chicago. A life-long “green advocate,” Don is the retired chairman of Triton College’s Horticulture Department.
