What inspired you to get involved with Green City Market?
I am a total foodie and have been in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years. I am interested in learning more about local sustainable food and sharing that knowledge with others. It is important to know where your food is coming from and give the farmers and growers support for their hard work.
What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever purchased from the GCM?
I am a huge fan of Bushel & Peck’s cherry bomb peppers.
