A Feast for Sore Eyes: Valentine's Day Three-Course Dinner Class

Learn to stir up your affections for your loved one during this hands-on class.
You will learn how to make a romantic three-course dinner made with locally sourced ingredients from Green City Market’s sustainable farmers. All class participants will take home recipes and learn how to cook the menu items listed below, including how to properly cook the sirloin to desired temperature, Caesar dressing made from scratch, and perfectly baked moist cake. At the end of the instruction, the class will sit down for a community-style dinner and enjoy the fruits of our labor. This class is 18+.

*All participants will be standing and cooking for most of the class time. Please wear closed-toed shoes and tie back loose hair.
