Potter’s bakes organic, artisanal crackers using ingredients sourced from small, local farms. Designed to compliment Wisconsin cheeses – or cheeses from anywhere, in fact – the crackers are sold in a variety of flavors. Some are available year-round; others reflect the seasons. Potter’s was founded in 2006 by Peter Potter (pictured), a food science graduate from the University of Wisconsin, and his mother, Nancy, long-time owner of the New Glarus bakery.
