In 2007 Jenny Yang became the owner of Phoenix Bean LLC and began expanding beyond the Asian centered businesses to include health focused mainstream customers. Phoenix soybean products are freshly made from Illinois grown soybeans that are non-GMO, identity preserved soybeans with no chemicals, pesticide or fungicides used during growth or preparation. Six days a week, Jenny and her Phoenix team produce and deliver all natural, healthy and delicious tofu made in small batches that are cholesterol and gluten free and contain no transfats and no preservatives or additives. Phoenix Bean's soybean cooking system uses filtered water and minimal processing. Combined with traditionally handcrafted and modern lab tested procedures, Phoenix Bean's fresh products retain high nutrition and excellent quality.
