“AMAZING SHRIMP” delivered by Marek Wolanowski is a pioneer project for sustainable, local, indoor shrimp aquaculture in the United States. After years of experimenting, the project took final shape in 2012 and now can supply commercial quantities of fresh shrimp every week. Amazing Shrimp's main goal is to deliver the freshest, the healthiest, and most delicious shrimp ever. Their saltwater shrimp is raised in highly control environment without using any chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, steroids, in clear water recirculating system and is fed by natural feed.
Paul Virant was the first Chicagoland chef to put “AMAZING SHRIMP” on menu at Michelin-starred Vie Restaurant in the Fall of 2013. Since then, more then 80 restaurants and food services have been using Amazing Shrimp.
