Very Berry Cherry Salad

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh mint (Provided by Smits Farm)
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lime zest (or orange zest!)
  • 2 cups pitted and halved sweet cherries (Provided by Seedling Enterprises, LLC)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (Provided by Seedling Enterprises, LLC)
  • 1/2 cup diced apple (cored but unpeeled)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, honey, mint, lime zest and whisk well. Add the cherries, blueberries and apple and gently toss well to coat the fruit.  Enjoy as a summer snack or dessert!
