Vegetables: arugula, asparagus, beets, carrots, chard, chives, collard greens, fiddlehead ferns, green garlic, herbs, kale, lettuces, mixed greens, mushrooms, nettles, potatoes (many varieties), radishes, ramps, spinach, spring onions, sprouts, watercress
Fruits:  storage apples, frozen blueberries/cherries
Meat/Seafood/Protein: charcuterie, chicken, duck, beef, lamb, pork, shrimp, tofu, turkey
All Season Long: artisan breads & pastries, butter, cider, cow and goat's milk cheeses, eggs, fresh pasta, frozen soups, grains/flours, honey, hot sauce, ice cream/gelato maple syrup, pasta sauce, pecans, pickled/fermented vegetables, popcorn, preserves, salsas, veggie patties, vinegars
Ready-to-eat: burgers, bratwurst, crepes, chicken/veggie nuggets, donuts, green drinks, grilled cheese, mac & cheese, mozerella sticks, noodle bowls, omelettes, pizza,  salad, sandwiches, smoothies, soup, tacos, tamales
