A (Mostly) Veggie Affair

Join us to celebrate the partnerships between some of Chicago’s best restaurants and farmers throughout the Midwest! Try veggie-inspired dishes from over 20 Chicago chefs and mixologists, all featuring ingredients from Green City Market vendors. All proceeds from the event benefit the market’s Link Card Matching Program, so that shoppers across the city can access the healthy and sustainably-raised foods sold at the Green City Market.

Publican Anker, Forbidden Root, Cookies and Carnitas, Floriole, Farmhouse Chicago, The Radler, Vie, Quiote, Cruz Blanca, Abby’s Crepes, Bad Hunter, Salero, Hoosier Mama Pie Co., Verzenay Patisserie, Eataly, Tuscan Hen Market, Travelle Kitchen + Bar, Granor Farm, Fonda Frontera, Eden, Arbor, Arami, The Kennison, Inspired Catering and Good Fortune. Beverage offerings include tastings from five to six local craft breweries from Lakeshore Beverage, including Goose Island, New Holland, Moody Tongue, Founders and Bell's, cider from Virtue Cider, cocktails from Scofflaw, Travelle Kitchen + Bar and S.K.Y., wine & champagne from Candid Wines & Moet and juice tasting by Here.co.
VIP attendees receive early entry into the event at 5:30pm, where they can chat with some of Chicago's top chefs as they set up, exclusive passed appetizers by Lisa Kalabokis of Abby's Crepes, Abra Berens of Granor Farm, Sandra Holl of Floriole, Paul Virant of Vie & Eric Mansavage of Farmhouse, and live music by the Jim Batson Jazz Duo!
