Kaleido Greens is a vertical farm located in Kildeer, IL. They grow microgreens and locally service Chicago restaurants and farmers markets. They offer microgreen medley mixes which contain several rotating microgreen varieties to stand out from the traditional varieties available at grocery stores. Their main focus is to give customers a chance to experience a lot of different varieties. They also offer a la carte live cut if preferred and customers have the option of purchasing small live trays that are grown in smaller disposable trays.

The name ‘Kaleido’ is Greek for “beautiful form”. The deeper meaning of that is meant to share universal beauty and reflects their business value of socially ethical ideals, to focus on the good in all people from all backgrounds. For the culinary community that mission is extended to the plate in giving that special addition of something novel to elevate a dish. For the health enthusiast community, they are a gateway to the transformational effects of including microgreens in a diet as they’re a different way to include vegetables and improve health outcomes.
