S.K.Y. is the flagship restaurant of Chef Stephen Gillanders, which opened in 2017 and bears the initials of his wife, Seon Kyung Yuk. Featuring global fare influenced by his travels and family, S.K.Y. has become a staple of Chicago's robust dining scene. Being constantly driven by evolution, Chef Gillanders plans to move the restaurant to Chicago's historic Belden-Stratford, where he first made his name in Chicago.
