Dirk's Fish & Gourmet is celebrating our 22nd year as Chicago's premier fish and seafood retail destination. We specialize in only the very freshest and most sustainable aquatic products from around the world. Our fresh fish is delivered and cut on premise six days a week, for your favorite recipes or for sushi. Dirk Fucik has been a fishmonger for over 50 years and brings his expertise and experience to the counter. Terry Fucik, Dirk's wife and culinary diva has created most of the fresh soups and ready to go salads and meals. We prepare "Chicago's Best" sushi as well as hosting monthly cooking class and demos, with over 300 unique recipes on our website. Dirk's Fish is also on the forefront of utilizing and creating recipes for the invasive Asian carp or "Copi" as it's now known. We have also expanded the shop to double in size for more fresh and ready to go items. Stop by for free grilling demos every Saturday from 12:00 until 2:00.
