Union (Michelin Bib Gourmand 2023-24) is a community-centric love letter to the pride and joy of Midwest: beer and food. Adding to the diverse lineup of outstanding bars and restaurants in logan square, our uniquely Chicago concept pays homage to one of the world’s best cities for beer. Our beer program is complemented by new American cuisine with seasonally focused, shareable plates for any occasion. Union's 24 rotating draft beers taps showcase everything from funky sours to dark lagers and classic pilsners, all produced by an eclectic array of breweries from Chicago and the Midwest. Our spirits list boasts over 200 bottles of whiskey, as well as classic brown liquor-based cocktails, and domestically sourced biodynamic and organic wines. with 16 bar seats, high backed booths and three large communal tables, the space feels both intimate and lively. Whether you’re getting off the train and want a quick drink, or looking for dinner and a long night out, union delights as a fixture of the logan square bar and dining scene. Meadowlark hospitality was founded in 2021 by owner Steve Lewis, a Logan Square resident & veteran of the hospitality industry.
