A pioneer in the Southern Food Revival, Big Jones opened in 2008 serving faithfully crafted Southern cuisine with Midwestern ingredients. Chef and co-owner Paul Fehribach has shopped at the Green City Market since 2003 and considers it a cornerstone upon which to build a sustainable food menu. Called by Eater's National Restaurant Critic "One of the most important Southern restaurants in the country" in 2017, we humbly work to serve the most delicious, sustainably sourced cuisine we can muster.
