General AdmissionChef BBQ brings together 100+ of Chicago's best restaurants, bakeries, breweries, and beverage purveyors — all of whom are walking the talk when it comes to local, sustainable sourcing. Every dish (and many of the drinks) at Chef BBQ use ingredients grown by Green City Market's sustainability-certified farmers. Plus, Chef BBQ's not just about barbecue — featuring fresh, peak season flavors and vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, there's something for everyone. General Admission tickets include access to all 100+ small plates and beverage offerings available at the event; no need to purchase additional food or beverage tickets once inside. GA tickets do not include seating. GA guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets for a gorgeous, gourmet picnic experience in the heart of Lincoln Park. |

VIP ticketsVIP guests enjoy access to a bespoke VIP section and gain entry to the event one hour early (5:30 p.m.) for coveted face time with Chicago's top chefs and an opportunity to begin your tasting experience before General Admission guests arrive. The VIP section includes premium seating, trays for carrying unlimited small plates and beverages back to your table, and exclusive VIP beverage activations. Reserved VIP tables for groups of four and eight are available. All VIP ticket holders will received an assigned seat upon check-in; private tables are not guaranteed unless you book a reserved VIP table. |
VIP CabanasTake on Chef BBQ in style with a VIP cabana for your group, including luxurious lounge seating under a shaded tent. VOLUNTEER
Volunteers help bring Chef BBQ to life each year, supporting event set up and tear down, managing entrances and exits, helping with guest relations, and selling raffle tickets.
The sweetest part? Volunteers get to attend Chef BBQ for free (!) after the successful completion of their shifts. Chef BBQ volunteer shifts fill up fast, and priority consideration will be given to folks who have volunteered with Green City Market before.
