Honey Butter Fried Chicken is a 10+ year old casual counter service neighborhood restaurant in Avondale, owned by Chefs Christine Cikowski and Joshua Kulp, with a focus on comfort food-y fried chicken, sides, sandwiches, and salads. A second location in Glencoe opened in 2024.
TriBecca's Sandwich Shop is a 2 year old takeout sandwich shop, co-owned by Chef Becca Grothe and Honey Butter Fried Chicken Owners Christine Cikowski and Josh Kulp, with a focus on Midwest-inspired sandwiches. Chef Cam Waron's Tubers Donuts are also made and served at TBSS.
Pickled Prince was created by Chefs Brian Greene and Alex Skrzypczyk in 2020. As lifelong mid-westerner chefs, they have always loved to harvest and preserve the seasons fruits and vegetables in many forms such as but not limited to: giardinieras, salsas, pickles, hot sauces & jams!
