Located in Chicago’s luxe Gold Coast neighborhood, Maple & Ash is the iconic flagship location by longtime partners Jim Lasky and two MICHELIN-star Chef Danny Grant's growing restaurant collective, Maple Hospitality Group. Opened in 2015, the award-winning destination is an innovative take on the traditional steakhouse— mixing modern aesthetics with authentic service to deliver multiple unique dining experiences. The 10,500 sq. ft. bi-level space boasts a stylish first-floor indoor/outdoor patio and bar along with a grand second-story dining room with a stunning central atrium harkening back to the Art Deco period.
