Nettare (1953 W Chicago Avenue) is a bar, restaurant, and market in the West Town is looking for an opening kitchen team. Our fresh and regional menu takes inspiration from Italian and Mediterranean food cultures but is decidedly rooted in Midwest sensibilities with a focus on local producers from the Great Lakes region.
Our goal is to create a team focused on collaboration, creativity, and communication while focusing on creating a small, focused, fast changing menu based on seasonality and regionality. We aim to have close relationships with our vendors that will have farmers and producers as regular appearances in the kitchen.
