Virtue Cider crafts traditional, dry ciders using heirloom apples from Michigan’s Fruit Belt. Founded by Gregory Hall, former brewmaster of Goose Island, Virtue is rooted in sustainable practices and European cider-making traditions. Located on a 48-acre farm in southwest Michigan, Virtue is a year-round destination with indoor and outdoor seating, orchards, and a deep-rooted farm-to-glass philosophy.
