Michael Elliot is a Chicago native and Kendall College grad- he's worked at Hearth and Northbound and has a love of seasonal, rustic Midwestern dishes! The Café Robey dinner menu has shareables like housemade Ricotta, baby beets with whipped goat cheese, seasonal soups/salads, classics like a Double Cheeseburger with bacon onion jam and a Nashville Chicken sandwich, all-day options, and entrees like Roasted Chicken with parmesan orzo and Gnocchi with snap peas, crispy prosciutto and truffle sauce, and Tagliatelle with mushroom bolognese.
