Miguel Tenezaca, left Ecuador for Chicago and started Working in the restaurant industry doing basic things like washing dishes and doing some prep. He have grown on the business becoming a chef-owner into a flourishing full-service restaurant in West town specializing in Latin American cuisine rooted in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean countries ingredients. The restaurant is named Dell’ Rooster in the short time of service Dell’ Rooster has been earned 5 stars in reviews from costumers. Miguel also works with the community to help people to reach goals and/or dreams.
