NewsChili Crunch Esquites by David Avila

Last week, David Avila from Goat Goods joined us at GCM Lincoln Park for a culinary demo! David demoed a recipe for Chili Crunch Esquites and it was delicious. You can find the full recipe below!

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Corn, kernels removed
  • 2 Tb Butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 Tb Lime juice
  • 2 Tb Queso Fresco, crumbled
  • 2 Tb Chili Crunch
  • 2 Tb Cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium/high heat
  2. Add butter and corn
  3. Toss to coat and saute
  4. Season with salt to taste
  5. Deglaze with lime juice
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary
  7. Top with Chili Crunch and garnish with queso fresco and cilantro
  8. Mix and enjoy the crunch
