Last week, David Avila from Goat Goods joined us at GCM Lincoln Park for a culinary demo! David demoed a recipe for Chili Crunch Esquites and it was delicious. You can find the full recipe below!
Ingredients
- 4 ears Corn, kernels removed
- 2 Tb Butter
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 Tb Lime juice
- 2 Tb Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 2 Tb Chili Crunch
- 2 Tb Cilantro, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium/high heat
- Add butter and corn
- Toss to coat and saute
- Season with salt to taste
- Deglaze with lime juice
- Adjust seasoning if necessary
- Top with Chili Crunch and garnish with queso fresco and cilantro
- Mix and enjoy the crunch
