Get all your summer goods along Stockton!

Looking for a change in scenery during your next Saturday visit to GCM Lincoln Park? Shake things up by starting at the south entrance of N. Stockton Drive, where our dedicated vendors have new summer items just waiting to be tried, tasted, and taken home!

  • Locally-grown peonies from Arnold J Khlem Growers as well as potted monsteras and banyan trees. They also produce orchids, foliage and flowering plants, and cut peonies. Klehm Growers is a small, family-owned business, with the majority of the company owned by female members of the family.
  • Fresh mixed berry agua fresca from Finn's Kitchen (made from blueberries and black and red raspberries from Mick Klüg Farms). Finn's Kitchen is a culinary collaboration between GCM vendor Finn's Ranch (known for their 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised cows, goats, lambs, pigs, chickens, ducks, and turkeys) and Chicago restaurant Sausage King. The Finn family strives to be 100% self-sufficient, by working toward owning all of the land they farm and raising all of their own crops. You can taste the difference in all their products, like the breakfast sando, seasonal frittatas, and double smash burgers!
  • New spring microgreen spring mix from Kaleido Greens (made with their specialty micro cilantro!) Kaleido Greens is a new GCM vendor this year, and operates as a vertical farm located in Kildeer, IL. They grow microgreens and locally service Chicago restaurants and farmers’ markets. They offer microgreen medley mixes which contain several rotating microgreen varieties that stand out from the traditional varieties available at grocery stores. Fun fact: Through its name “Kaleido” meaning "beautiful form" in Greek, the team’s mission is to share universal beauty and reflect their business value of socially ethical ideals, to focus on the good in all people from all backgrounds.
  • Locally raised meats and eggs from Willowbrook Farms (pro tip: our Willowbrook vendors operate a self-serve-style tent, so feel free to open those freezers and find your new favorites!) One of GCM’s new vendors this year, Willowbrook values producing the highest quality foods to customers in the most sustainable and ecologically sound way, as an Animal Welfare Approved business.
